Launch: RFM Online Store

In March 2020, management made the call, The Regina Farmers' Market would be closed due to an unknown virus, COVID-19.

Our pivot 2 weeks later, and my "covid-project" was a digital online grocery service of the Regina Farmers' market. We started with a 4-week pilot project, then we offered home delivery, and drive-thru pick-up.

RFM Online Store: Grocery Drive-Thru

We built an online platform for 50+ shop owners, and operated weekly, year-round local grocery service for 2 years to help the organization and its shop-owners through the pandemic. Our team of 2, plus part-time students and volunteers brought this project to life!
